BEAM VAULT™

Controlled Laser Containment for High-Consequence Environments

Laser ablation is already the most precise surface remediation method available. Beam Vault™ extends that precision into environments where plume control, particulate migration, and environmental containment are critical.

Developed by Argento Lux, Beam Vault™ is a proprietary bolt-on containment accessory engineered for specific high-consequence applications. It integrates with existing A-LUX laser systems when conditions demand enhanced plume capture and environmental control. It is not a standard component of our systems, but a specialized deployment solution reserved for applications where controlled containment is essential.

Beam Vault™ remains under active intellectual property protection and is available exclusively through Argento Lux services or approved integrated system deployments.

Proven in Nuclear Decontamination Environments

Beam Vault™ has been successfully tested in radiological decontamination scenarios, including cobalt-based contamination conditions where airborne migration control is non-negotiable.

In these environments, even traditional laser systems can allow plume expansion beyond the immediate ablation zone. Beam Vault™ demonstrated measurable improvements in containment performance, including:

  • Immediate plume capture at the substrate interface

  • Significant reduction in airborne particulate migration

  • Controlled performance on vertical surfaces

  • Improved environmental discipline in confined spaces

  • Reduced secondary cleanup burden

The results were highly successful and confirmed the platform’s suitability for regulated environments.

Designed for Contamination-Sensitive Applications

Beam Vault™ was engineered for situations where traditional open-air ablation is insufficient. It supports laser deployment in environments such as:

  • Radiological surface remediation (including cobalt contamination scenarios)

  • Heavy contamination zones requiring active plume control

  • Confined-space industrial decontamination

  • Nuclear facility maintenance

  • Hazardous coatings removal in regulated facilities

  • Defense and critical infrastructure operations

In these settings, containment is not optional — it is operationally required.

Precision with Containment

Unlike standard laser configurations that rely on facility-level ventilation or remote extraction, Beam Vault™ enhances control at the point of ablation. By integrating localized containment and extraction strategy directly at the substrate, it expands the operational envelope of laser systems into areas previously considered too sensitive or high-risk.

This controlled deployment model provides:

  • Greater environmental control during remediation

  • Enhanced operator and bystander safety margins

  • Reduced risk of secondary contamination spread

  • Expanded compliance potential in regulated sectors

Restricted Deployment Model

Beam Vault™ is not sold independently as an aftermarket accessory. Deployment is limited to:

  • Argento Lux managed service contracts

  • Integrated A-LUX system packages for approved applications

  • Strategic industry partnerships under controlled agreements

This ensures quality control, proper training, operational integrity, and protection of the underlying intellectual property.

Laser cleaning changed surface preparation. Beam Vault™ changes how laser cleaning can be responsibly deployed in contamination-sensitive and high-consequence environments.

For applications requiring controlled containment, Beam Vault™ provides the next evolution in laser deployment strategy.
