The A-LUX Class IV Industrial Laser Training is a comprehensive program designed to equip operators and owners with the knowledge, skills, and safety practices required to confidently use A-LUX laser systems in real-world applications. Built on Argento Lux’s field experience across restoration, automotive, heavy industry, and preservation, this course combines foundational safety training with hands-on system operation, troubleshooting, and application-specific techniques. Learners will progress through seven modules covering: - Introduction to Industrial Laser Cleaning – History, advantages over traditional methods, and applications across industries. - Laser Safety Officer (LSO) Foundations – ANSI standards, laser classifications, PPE, and hazard controls for safe operation. - Argento Lux System Orientation – Overview of system components, setup, maintenance, and built-in safety features. - Operating Procedures – Startup/shutdown, parameter settings, process optimization, and waste handling. - Applications in Industry – Case-based training for restoration, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and cultural preservation. - Troubleshooting & Support – Identifying operator errors, maintaining optics, and when to escalate to Argento Lux support. - Certification & Continuing Education – Assessment, operator certification, and opportunities for advanced specialization. Upon completion, participants will earn certification as an Industrial Laser Operations Technician – Level 1, validating their ability to operate Class IV laser systems safely and effectively across multiple environments.
