Introducing the A-LUX AirForge: Air-Cooled Power. Industrial Performance.
Industrial cleaning often means taking the equipment to the work. Across a fabrication shop, through a maintenance facility, or out to a customer’s jobsite, the size and design of a laser system matter.
Argento Lux is proud to introduce the A-LUX AirForge series: compact, air-cooled industrial laser cleaning systems available in 1000W pulsed and 2000W continuous-wave configurations. AirForge brings powerful cleaning capability into a mobile platform designed for professionals who need flexibility in how and where they work.

Industrial power with a smaller footprint
AirForge’s air-cooled design eliminates the integrated water chiller. An aluminum chassis, wheeled base, and integrated lifting provisions support transport and positioning around shops, facilities, and field work areas.
Both models measure 34.1 inches long, 23.2 inches wide, and 35.4 inches high. That compact footprint gives maintenance teams, service contractors, and fabrication shops another option when equipment space and access are part of the job.
Two models. Two approaches to the work.
A-LUX AirForge AF 1000W-PW — Pulsed laser cleaning
The AF 1000W-PW delivers 1,000 watts of pulsed laser power for industrial cleaning and precision surface treatment. It is the option to discuss when controlled removal and the required surface finish are central to the application.
With a maximum scan width of 120 mm, the pulsed model supports applications including rust and oxide removal, coating removal, weld preparation, and component cleaning. The substrate, contamination, and desired finish guide the settings and process.
A-LUX AirForge AF 2000W-CW — Continuous-wave laser cleaning
The AF 2000W-CW delivers 2,000 watts of continuous-wave power for industrial work where removal rate and productivity are priorities. Its maximum scan width of 300 mm provides a wider working pattern for suitable surfaces.
Applications include rust and corrosion removal, industrial coating removal, and surface preparation on steel and other compatible substrates. For maintenance teams working on machinery, fabricated components, and structural steel, it provides a compact platform for demanding cleaning work.
Choosing between the two starts with the job: the material, what needs to come off, the required finish, and the production target. A-LUX helps match the system to those requirements.
Practical features for industrial operators
Both AirForge models include a dual-axis scan head, eight preset laser patterns, and a 7-inch LCD interface. Both also support robotics integration, providing a path to evaluate automated cleaning applications.
Laser cleaning removes material without adding abrasive blasting media or chemical stripping agents to the cleaning process. This can reduce media handling and cleanup while giving operators a way to target specific areas. Removed coatings and contaminants still require appropriate extraction, collection, and disposal.
AirForge uses surrounding air for cooling, so ambient conditions are part of equipment selection and deployment planning. Our team can help determine whether an air-cooled system suits your operating environment.
Training and support from A-LUX
Every AirForge purchase includes A-LUX’s three-part owner training program: online instruction before delivery, access to our owners-only video manual, and hands-on training at our Alvarado, Texas facility or at delivery when included in the package.
AirForge systems are backed by a two-year parts-and-labor warranty and lifetime after-sales support for the original owner. Training covers system operation, maintenance, and the work-area controls, protective equipment, and fume extraction required for Class 4 laser cleaning.
